The Governor’s Office of Energy Management and Conservation (OEMC) is Colorado’s lead state agency promoting energy efficiency. Federally-funded, the OEMC serves Colorado residents and businesses through education, technical, and financial assistance programs that encourage energy efficiency.

In addition to energy efficiency, the OEMC administers programs that work to protect Colorado’s natural environment. OEMC’s focus also includes water conservation, waste management and recycling, computer and electronics recycling, composting, irrigation, fuel cells, and other areas.

The OEMC oversees three programs that are targeted to Colorado businesses:
