Recent projects:

The Rocky Mountain Division of Siemens Building Technologies has recently completed projects in Colorado for the Lewis Palmer School District (Monument); Thompson School District (Loveland); Harrison School District (Colorado Springs); and South Suburban Parks and Recreation District (Centennial); and is currently under contract to develop projects for the University of Colorado at Boulder’s Department of Housing; the Colorado Department of Human Services; and the City of Arvada. In each of these projects, Siemens addressed overall facility improvements, including lighting retrofits, boiler replacements, HVAC replacements, Geo Exchange systems, water conservation, pool covers, building automation, and numerous other energy-saving facility improvements.

Siemens provides performance contract savings guarantees that are backed 100% by Siemens, with no requirements for third party guarantees or insurance policies.

Financing options:

Siemens can provide customers with both first party (through Siemens) and third party project financing (through a variety of lenders). Siemens has experience with multi-year tax-exempt lease contracts, private and public tax-exempt binds, taxable and tax-exempt operating leases, and can also assist clients with the refinancing of debt related to existing performance contracts.
