Protection Agency's National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions
Laboratory located in Ann Arbor, Michigan (Best Government
Project), and the Mount Olive School District located in Mount

and Energy User News Energy Efficient Building Awards for the

Recent projects:
Recent Colorado projects of note include a lighting retrofit,
chiller improvements, motor and pump controls, and housing upgrades
for the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs; lighting
retrofit, variable frequency drives, new chillers and boilers, and
building envelope improvements for buildings located on Peterson
Air Force Base in Colorado Springs; and a lighting retrofit, steam
trap replacement, and water conservation improvements for the Veteran's
Administration Medical Center in Grand Junction.
Use of savings guarantees:
Savings guarantees of up to 100% of expected savings are offered
for energy savings performance contracts. NORESCO verifies savings
on an annual basis through the use of cost-effective measurement
and verification procedures that are agreed upon by the customer.
In the unlikely event of a savings shortfall, NORESCO will reduce
the project cost or contract payment by the amount of unrealized
guaranteed savings, and will repair the problem so that future shortfalls
do not occur.
Financing options:
NORESCO offers it customers a range of financing options to meet
their project needs. These options include performance contracting,
long-term and third party commercial leasing, tax-exempt leasing,
and project development financing. NORESCO also offers short-term
financing alternatives.
