Use of savings guarantees:

Savings guarantees are an integral part of LONG's performance contracts. LONG provides comprehensive performance contracts that allow building owners to implement energy efficiency upgrades and pay for them through the energy savings that result. LONG works with clients to identify and evaluate energy efficiency opportunities, and then recommends a package of integrated improvements. They often guarantee that savings will meet or exceed the annual payments necessary to finance the project costs over a typical contract term of 3 to 20 years. To help assure the predicted savings, LONG provides technical, maintenance, and operational training to building managers and staff.

Financing options:

LONG will negotiate any available third-party financing options, rates, and terms at no additional cost for the customer. In addition, LONG collaborates with a variety of financing companies to draw upon their expertise and offer its customers the best fit for their financing needs. Financing options typically include tax-exempt municipal lease-purchase options, where the installed equipment is used as collateral on the loan, and tax-exempt financing is provided at extremely competitive rates.
