The energy savings that will be achieved through energy-efficient improvements can be utilize that savings to pay for the project over time. If savings do not materialize, Custom Energy Services pays the difference, not you. In essence, you are able to capture a portion of your current utility and operational expenses and redirect them into facility improvements.

The financing arrangements we have been involved with in the past include capital leases, operating leases, traditional loans, and tax-exempt municipal leases. We will work to communicate with a variety of funding sources and competitively bid the financing to help secure the best and most appropriate financing methods. We also believe it is important to be mindful of grants, utility rebates, and other low-cost initiatives that may be blended with commercial money as necessary.
